One play to define Tebow's problems

There's 3:34 left in the first quarter of the Arkansas vs Florida game. Tim Tebow's in the shotgun, gets the snap and locks on to a receiver down the left hand side. He pulls back to throw, but takes an absolute age to get the ball out. A defensive lineman pulls round and gets to the Gators signal caller, managing to bat the ball out of his hand whilst it's in action for a fumble turnover.

This is going to happen again and again in the NFL unless Tebow does something about his painfully slow release. It'll be an absolute killer and regardless of any plus points to Tebow's game, this will be a major red flag to most teams.
