Rutgers wide receiver Kenny Britt has today announced his intention to declare for the 2009 NFL draft. As a junior he made 87 catches for 1371 yards, scoring seven touchdowns. At 6'4" and 215 pounds Britt has good size and could be a big target for a team like the Seahawks, whose current crop of receivers lack height. He's currently projected as an early to mid second round pick.
