Jeremy Maclin (wide receiver, Missouri) has today confirmed his decision to declare for the NFL draft. At a Friday press conference he broke down in tears as he thanked coaches and teammates. Maclin is widely expected to be the second receiver taken after Michael Crabtree and could even go in the top 10. He scored 17 touchdowns this past year and is expected to post an exceptional time at the combine. He has been compared athletically to Devin Hester, but with much more refined skills as a receiver.
