Poll results

Our latest poll concluded today as we asked who you thought was the best tackle prospect in this years draft. Michael Oher was victorious with an impressive 48% of the vote. Andre Smith ranked second with 36%. Both are being touted as top 10 picks but couldn't be more different in style.

Oher is a very athletic blind side tackle who excels in pass protection. His run blocking has been criticised at times but is certainly not bad enough to warrant any serious concern. Smith is a heavier set individual who is dominant when running the ball. There are question marks regarding his pass protection though and whether he can deal with elite speed. Bernie Miklasz from STLtoday raises the concern in his blog here. Smith may project better at guard or right tackle. Either way, as many as five offensive tackles could be taken within the first fifteen picks.
